By default the quality of the Quest 2/3 PC Link is not anything to write home about. The following are settings to improve the quality by a lot.
Requirements:
After pairing your headset you can adjust some settings by clicking it in the Devices menu option. Scroll down and go to Graphic Preferences.
Depending on your computers performance you may up the default Refresh Rate and the Rendering Resolution from the 'Recommended' options, which will improve your visual VR experience.
Can be found after installing the Meta Link app and navigating to and running the OculusDebugTool:
C:\Program Files\Meta Horizon\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusDebugTool.exe
Below are the settings that I have tried with the best results. These settings were gathered from several sources online.

Additional: Visible HUD is a helpful tool that will overlay in your vision to show frame drops and connection quality to diagnose issues.
For good quality PC VR you will need to get a 3rd party link cable with the ability to transfer 2Gbps or more.
A cable that supports power injection is a good idea for extended VR usage.
